List of  29 Turkish submissions (every year since 2005) for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film. Only Three Monkeys/Üç Maymun by Nuri Bilge Ceylan made the shortlist.

N.B.Ceylan had 5 nominations followed by Semih Kaplanoğlu with 2.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited the film industries of various countries to submit their best film for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film since 1956.[4] The Foreign Language Film Award Committee oversees the process and reviews all the submitted films. Following this, they vote via secret ballot to determine the five nominees for the award

Kerr | synopsis

Can witnesses a murder in a small town. The police don't allow him to leave after his testimony. On the other hand, a quarantine is declared due to rabid dogs. The whole town turns into purgatory with no exit at the edge of insanity.
