"In order to Turkish people would not go to ruin and in order to should be a nation again", They rose my father Ilterish Kagan and my mother Ilbilga Katun, to the top and sat them upwards on the throne. My father, the kagan gathered together seventeen brave Lords... Tengri gave them power. My father's army was like wolves, their enemies were like sheep...
Bilge Han as mentioned in 10-12 lines of the Kultegin inscription.
Mavi Boncuk | The god given power called kut by the Central Asian Turks. Emanating from mountain tops this belief is still alive in Turkey. The way it is used however is wrong. You can wish a person or event to receive this power "kutlu olsun". Wishing kut cannot come from a person as expressed as "kutlarim" since this power can only come from the sky god Tengri/Tanri. This concept is used to mean god by the islamized Turks in an equivalent meaning to Allah (Semitic word El lah, Elohim, Ilah.)
