Turkey's late winner against Iceland means they pipped Hungary to finish as best third-placed team and join Croatia in gaining automatic qualification. Hungary join Bosnia and Herzegovina and Norway in the play-offs.Turkey were grateful for Kazakhstan beating Latvia to finish fifth in Group A, otherwise Hungary would have qualified.
