[1] First awarded in 2009 to legendary actress Turkan Soray, the LTFF is delighted to have the opportunity to introduce a great Turkish filmmakers to British audiences. Whether they be actors, directors, producers, writers or technicians, the recipient is honoured for a career of outstanding achievements and receives the Golden Wings trophy.
